My favourites from the festive savouries:

Smoked salmon roulade… the combination of the smoked salmon with the dark bread was delicious

Turkey & cranberry on brioche… a nice thick slice of tender turkey with a delicious cranberry stuffing sandwich together in a colourful brioche. yummy!

Pumpkin tart… a light pastry case filled with delicious pumpkin mousse filling, definitely a winner.

Festive Pastries

Santa Belt… a wonderful mousse filling with a spicy apple and pear centre, a delicious combination.

Christmas tree… dark chocolate-shaped tree with a delicious hazelnut filling

Rudolf…dark chocolate-shaped Rudolf with a wonderful nougat filling.
